SARÁBANDA MUSIC WORKSHOP

Lessons in restoration, repair and tuning of musical instruments such as bellows instruments (accordion, accordion, bandoneon, air organ) and strings (guitar, mandolin, bass, acoustic and electric) Piano tuning and technology.

• January:

CINEMA

Actor workshop: a 2-day meeting for the film project “Lala” by director Ludovica Fales (Transmedia Production) With young people from the Roma camps Salone, Gordians and second generation immigrants from various backgrounds. 20 participants.

NATIONAL CIVIL SERVICE

Conclusion of the PEPE Project of Cemea del Mezzogiorno and relative activation of a National Civil Service for a young man from the Gordiani camp.

SOCIAL INCLUSION

Joining the STORY_S – Springboard to Rome Youth Success project. Empowering young people to recognize and contrast the origins of discrimination. European Commission for Rights, Equality and Citizenship Program 2014-2020 / University of Bergamo. Series of meetings and workshops on site and outside, 10 participants.

Adhesion in the project “Let’s build the totems of solidarity” of the cultural association Lignarius – art and restoration and the Lazio Region. 1 confirmed participant, start of activities March 2019

• March:

Relocation of operational headquarters in the ITIS Di Vittorio – Lattanzio

• May:

Launch of Partnership in the project (Rome) Heroes in Theater and everyday life lead partner Independent Theater Hungary. Project sponsored and funded by the European community in the framework of Erasmus + educational projects. The project involves the creation of a training module on the theme of anti-Gypsyism in the form of an artistic workshop. Partners associations from Hungary, Romania and Spain. Organization Supervisor and Trainer Sebastiano Spinella. External collaboration Researcher and Trainer Ursula Mainardi. First international meeting in Rome with all Partners (Kickstarter).

• June:

Establishment of a second extra-urban operational headquarters in Loc. S. Quirico snc – 01010 Barbarano romano (VT) For activities and out-of-town outings of members planned during the social year.

• August:

Second international meeting within the project (Rome) Heroes in Theater and everyday life, in Bucharest. Collective training of trainers.

• October/December:

Training for 4 young Roma and non-Roma within the project (Rome) Heroes in Theater and everyday life. The training has a weekly frequency + occasional thematic meetings from October 2019 to June 2020
